Should have access to a chiropodist whilst staying here, and a good hairdresser. I feel I should have been made aware I could put money in the safe.

Patient here for 5 days, has not seen a physio yet, saw the physio assistant on the 5th the day, the day I was leaving. The staff I have seen have been very very good. Staff very very kind, nothing was too much trouble.

Food very poor, dry and cold. Tea also very poor, the John Radcliffe had very good food.

Patient feels they have been treated well, but felt she sometimes had to wait too long for the commode.

(I am completing this section on behalf of Patient). I visited this twice a week, following his transfer from Witney community Hospital and discharge to home. In my opinion Emie received good treatment from the doctors, nurses, ancillaries and OT's physios and ward manager. His deafness and sometimes irritable behavior may have resulted in him being rude and short temper in him being rude and short temper. However, I witnessed a gradual and sustained improvement in his health and mobility. Thank you to everyone!!

Everyone was very kind & patient & helpful. I arrived in a very incapable condition & in need of some TLC which I received & my condition improved gradually with my care. Eventually, towards the end of my stay, I made a sudden improvement & will leave with a good chance of a better than expected result. Thank you for all your care & help.
